Fairly clean place & gentle and pleasant staff. Well decorated and new-fashioned units with a beautiful view over courtyard. Excellent location close to a bus stop, easy to get around. Very beautiful area.

Extremely friendly staff, nice views out to the distant bay, everything is very good. The rooms are cosy and extremely spacious, have hypoallergenic pillows and down pillows. The cost is £ 75. It has marvellous and incredible location next to the pretty port, Aegina and Moni beach which is on the Isalnd oposite Perdika.

Excellent and good setting in the really beautiful area, adjacent to the pretty port where there were plenty of bars & restaurants, along Perdika's harbor and the Saronic Islands. Great snacks and refreshments in the pool bar

Loved the place, it was beautifully decorated and relaxing and worked for me. A multi-channel TV, a seating area, and a study table inside the studio suite were handy. The beds were very comfy, lovely pool area. The setting was excellent and incredible, not far from bars & restaurants, the restaurants and the minimarket and the distant bay. Actually everything was really good, my next choice again in Perdika.

The positives include magnificent location and parking across the road. There's a great selection of restaurants to choose from, like Deka, set within 10 minutes walk or so, liked this place.

Very relaxing stay, we were there for 3 days. Everything was very good, exceptional staff, pleasant views out to the distant bay. Our room was newly remodelled and had 2 single beds or 1 double bed. The rate was £ 75.

The location of this hotel was perfect for me. It's very close to the sea and only a short walk to the charming port with traditional taverns, where I could enjoy the authentic Greek spirit. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were fantastic, including the comfortable pool area. I appreciated the convenience of the parking and transportation options, which made it easy to explore the area. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
